The Shopping Cart employs a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure--or I wouldn't be using it.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card (MC or VISA) to conduct commerce on Pamela's site. Pamela will email you with a confirmation and the total charge, including shipping, to your card. If you wish, you may alternately send a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal or business check to: Pamela Hastings, 151 Wilhelm Road, Saugerties, NY 12477. You may also call Pamela at 845-246-9906, between the hours of 7am and 9pm, Eastern Time with your MC or VISA number, and if she is by the phone, she will be happy to take your order that way. This shopping cart is intended to be a convenience to you, our valued customer.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above with your check.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Shipping is by United States Postal Service Priority Mail or USPS Global Priority Mail, unless you request otherwise.
